Brandon Marshall Says Pete Carroll Doesn't Fear Trading Russell Wilson

A lot of people can't comprehend what is happening in Seattle right now. Russell Wilson wants changes. He had a first-hand account of Wilson the quarterback and the type of people who run that team. The most important being Pete Carroll. Seattle has floated the idea of trading Wilson in the past. That same year in 2018, there were rumblings of their interest in dealing him to Cleveland for the #1 overall pick. It seems they had significant interest in Baker Mayfield. Eventually, the two sides worked things out and the quarterback got his money. Odds are though Wilson never forgot that. Just one of several bits of evidence that the Seahawks didn't view him as a true superstar QB. Not like a Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, or Patrick Mahomes.
