Bruce Arians is about to try taking down the Chicago Bears for their second loss in less than a week on Thursday Night Football. That said, he is not lacking respect for this team. Especially their new quarterback in Nick Foles.
It's important to remember that few coaches know about great quarterbacks more than Arians. The list of names he's worked with over the years is impressive, to say the least from Peyton Manning to Ben Roethlisberger, Carson Palmer, and now Tom Brady. He's worked with some of the best to ever do it.
That is why his words regarding Foles were so interesting. Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times took down what he had to say about the 31-year old journeyman.
Foles has “always been a winner,” said Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians, who watched the Super Bowl with a beer in his hand after playing golf in Arizona. “Nick is a hell of a quarterback,” Arians said. ‘‘And he can move a team. Guys have a tendency to gravitate around him, and they want to play well.”Praise doesn't get much higher from somebody like Arians. Especially when it comes to quarterbacks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mau4ffsveZk&t=107s&ab_channel=Time2Football
