The latest episode offers a behind-the-scenes look at the moments leading up to the hiring of Ben Johnson and the events that followed. The Bears did a fantastic job sharing this exclusive footage with fans.

One of the most intriguing parts of the episode was an interview with Caleb Williams. He not only detailed how he found out about Johnson’s hiring but also shared insights from their very first conversation. While most initial conversations are lighthearted, theirs was the complete opposite. Williams revealed that they got straight to football, immediately discussing what wouldn’t work in the Bears new offense.

It's exciting to see two brilliant football minds, Ben Johnson and Caleb Williams, already fired up and ready to go. It’s rare for a rookie quarterback to show such intense drive and focus, but Williams is clearly all in. Many might keep things surface-level, but both Johnson and Williams were eager to get to work. With the Bears spring offseason program just around the corner, as Johnson mentioned in the latest episode, it will be fun to watch them lead the team into what could be the greatest offensive era in franchise history.
