Guys are expected to arrive at training camp in shape on July 26th. In shape and well-prepared. That is especially true of Caleb Williams. He is under a lot of pressure. Not only is he the #1 overall pick in the draft, but he was immediately declared the starter by head coach Matt Eberflus. That means the Bears expect him to help them win games right out of the gate.

To do that, he must learn how to play the position like a pro as swiftly as possible. For that, he will work with his personal quarterbacks coach, Will Hewlett, to continue learning the positon's intricacies. That includes footwork, timing, anticipation, and cadence. As for Anthony Richardson, he's been coached by one of the best offensive minds in the game, Shane Steichen.
