I mean, everyone was already going crazy when multiple reports broke this morning, saying the Chicago Bears had traded for Khalil Mack and somehow the trade was even better than expected.
Every fan base in the NFL was stunned, as the Bears added one of the best defensive players in the game. Not only that, but then we learned that Ryan Pace was also able to get a second round pick in return from the Oakland Raiders along with Mack obviously.
Incredible.
Media, fans and of course players from teams were shocked. That even stretched into other sports, as Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo, who's a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan, even reacted to the trade.
And it's not just that the Raiders weren't able to work something out to keep him because not only did they trade Mack, they also gave up a second rounder and then later in the day they traded a fifth round pick for backup QB A.J. McCarron.
Oh, and there's a report that the Raiders will also release wide receiver Martavis Bryant, who they got by trading away a third round pick and now he won't even play a single down for Oakland.
Jon Gruden, holy shit, what a day he's having. Speaking of Gruden, I'll drop this poll question.
