“I think Ben has gone in there and been very hard on him,” Jeff said. “He told him, ‘This is what we expect out of you, and if you don’t deliver it, we have no problem moving on.’”
This no-nonsense approach from Johnson aligns with what has been reported about his demanding presence during OTAs. He’s reportedly made it clear that performance and effort are expected across the board—regardless of salary or reputation.

Helping reinforce that culture shift is new wide receivers coach Antwaan Randle El. Known for his high energy and intensity, Randle El is expected to hold his players to an extremely high standard—perhaps even more so than Johnson himself. With both coaches emphasizing accountability, DJ Moore will have little room to repeat the behavioral patterns that sparked controversy last season.
