They covered a variety of topics, but toward the end, Heyward played a game where he asked Fields to choose between "Chicago or Pittsburgh." When it came to food, Fields chose Chicago. However, when asked about coaching, he immediately smiled and selected Pittsburgh. He also went on to say "it's not close" when comparing the two staffs.
Fields is off to a 3-0 start, and Mike Tomlin, along with his coaching staff, are undeniably a better-run organization than Chicago. This situation highlights the importance of coaching. Justin has always had talent, but whether he will continue to thrive in Pittsburgh over the long term remains uncertain. However, it’s clear that he is currently in a better situation.
