Allen Robinson has had one of the most forgettable seasons of his career. If it's not one problem, it's another with him. It started off with having to get franchise tagged. Something he did everything in his power to prevent. From there, things only seemed to get worse. Through the first nine games of the season, he caught just 30 passes for 339 yards and a touchdown. The worst start of his career not including his rookie season.
Then when things finally seemed to start clicking in Pittsburgh, he tweaked his hamstring. Forced out for the next four games, he finally returned in Green Bay. After a forgettable performance (2 catches for 14 yards), the next gut-punch arrived in the form of contracting COVID-19. Thus he missed another two weeks battling the virus. Following the dramatic win in Seattle, the Bears activated the receiver off the reserve list. Given a chance to speak to the media, Robinson revealed just how taxing it was.
