WATCH: Ex-QB Gradually Loses His S**t Watching Matt Nagy's System

When Bill Lazor went down with COVID-19 last week, Chicago Bears fans came to a sudden and ice cold realization. That meant Matt Nagy was probably going to end up calling plays on Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings. They were indeed proven correct as the head coach had the call sheet. Boy did it show too as the team encountered several of the familiar issues that dogged them the last time he ran the offense. Poor clock management. Confused formations. Weird juggling of personnel. Ugly situational decisions. Overcomplication of uncomplicated things. Red zone futility. It was a true Nagy Special. The Bears scored nine points despite dominating in most offensive categories thanks to an outstanding defensive performance. Former NFL quarterback J.T. O'Sullivan decided to watch the game to see where things are at with rookie Justin Fields.

It started innocently enough.

O'Sullivan got on Fields about his ball security, which continues to be a nagging issue after two more fumbles in this game. However, over the course of the video, it becomes easier and easier to hear the frustration and even outright hostility the man has for Nagy's offense. Things reached a fever pitch in the 2nd quarter when he went over the 4th and 1 play where Fields managed to hit David Montgomery on a tough back-shoulder throw for a conversion. Everything about the play from design to execution was wrong and O'Sullivan couldn't take it anymore. He should feel fortunate he hasn't had to watch almost three full seasons of this nonsense. It is quite possible the man might've had an aneurysm. Either way, this should help remind people what sort of situation both Fields and the rest of that offensive roster are in. Matt Nagy is not putting them in the best position to succeed. A cardinal sin for a head coach. This is why he has to go.
