Jonathan Toews Is Using His Comedic Abilities Again, To Sell Toasters

He is Captain Serious on the ice, but off the ice Jonathan Toews has a great personality and some comedic talents. The best part is that he usually uses it for good. This time Toews is selling toasters, or Toews-sters, for charity. In a partnership with the Canadian company, appropriately named Canadian Tire, Toews and other hockey greats like Wayne Gretzky are selling toasters for Jumpstart Charities. An organization that helps removes barriers to play and sport. It gets underprivileged kids off the sidelines and into the game. Even though there are a lot of ladies in Chicago who would love to have a buttered up Toews, there is bad news. The offer is only available in Canada. If you really want one, you’ll have to make a Canadian friend if you don’t already have one.
