DeMar DeRozan was seen as a bad pickup for the Chicago Bulls. Yes, you read that right. Back in the offseason, many reports came out talking about us not being the right fit, spending too much money, and ultimately making a mistake in adding #11. But as we've recently seen, those haters have no clue what they're talking about when it comes to the Compton product. Averaging around 27 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists per game, DeMar is having himself an MVP type of season. And with the back-to-back game-winners that finished and started our years, it's evident that national media is starting to pick up on the DeMar hype. But one area that hasn't received much attention? The trash-talking that DeMar brings to the court. "Hold my beer." That's not just hilarious, that's actually terrifying. It's terrifying in the fact that we have a cold-blooded-killer on our roster and nobody seems to be able to stop him. Could you imagine hitting a go-ahead 3, feeling like you're on top of the world, and then have a man who just hit a game-winner the night before look you in the eyes and tell you to just sit back and watch it happen again? What a start to 2022, Kuzma. You almost feel bad for the guy, like DeMar didn't have to shatter his hopes like that...but the fact that he did makes it that much sweeter.

This Isn't The First Time

He has an edge to him that's going to make you eat your words, just as we're seeing him do to all the analysts that called the Bulls out for adding him. But can you really blame him for calling out fans as he did against the Hornets? Sure, it may come off as cocky, but us Bulls fans are tired of being pushed around by the NBA. It's time we added somebody who brings some swagger to the Windy City, and DeMar has done that plentifully for our fans.

Do you see the look in his eyes? This man doesn't care if he ruins all of Washington D.C.'s 2022. He has a mentality of never backing down, and it's clear that we are witnessing a closer in the making. Heck, the Cubs or White Sox may be calling him in to help finish out some games this season.

DeRozan has already made a name for himself this season, as he's been known to be the King of the 4th. Rightfully so, DeMar seems to flip a switch when it comes to ending games. The Bulls Are Back

Yes, we can confidently say that a team in Chicago is back. The Bulls are riding high after defeating two Eastern Conference foes thanks to the help of DeMar. And although winning is great, it's also nice to see one of our players gain a little bit of attention and respect.

Of course, these are all current NBA players, but the respect is definitely being gained for this entire roster. The Bulls currently sit atop the East with a 24-10 record, and their next games against the Magic and Wizards could help propel us into a commanding lead in the standings.
