That umpire is oozing electricity. I have no clue who this guy is, where these games are being played, but he's absolutely ridiculous and I love every second of it. I missed this video that Strop posted in April as well.

Gotta tip your hat for the showmanship and it's just perfect that Strop finds these videos hilarious. It's just baseball, it's all right to be ridiculous and have some fun. That being said, fuck Joe West. Replace him with this guy.
