The Cubs welcomed the Reds to Wrigley Field on Friday by dropping bombs on starter Anthony DeSclafani. Kyle Schwarber has been great since the last week of April and now he's hitting for power again too.
Schwarber lead off Friday's game with another rocket to give the Cubs a quick 1-0 lead.
And then in the third inning, Schwarber worked a two-out walk and Kris Bryant hit a home run to left-center.
AND THEN Anthony Rizzo followed with another bomb.
Bryzzo's been hot for quite some time and now Schwarber is getting really hot too as he settles into the leadoff role. Love to see it.
