We all know about the comeback in the World Series two years ago by Schwarber and with the Cubs returning to Cleveland, he has homered twice in his first two at-bats Tuesday night. The first dinger was recorded at 117 mph off the bat, which is the hardest hit home run ever by a Cubs player.
Absolute rocket. And then in his second trip to the plate, Schwarber crushed another bomb. This was a high, towering smash just to give everyone a good look at the stadium.
Willson Contreras also hit a home run earlier in the game and Ian Happ hit a dinger himself after Schwarber's second one.
