A.J. Pierzynski Is Returning To The White Sox

It has been a few years, but A.J. Pierzynski has returned to the White Sox, where he will serve as an ambassador and help with the team's draft process and other special events.

I wrote a year ago about how A.J. would one day make a great manager for the White Sox. While the job he is taking right now is no where near the magnitude of manager, it is nice to see him get his foot back in the door with the White Sox and the front office. It is well known that A.J. loves the city of Chicago and had a blast playing for the South Side.

Five years later and A.J. finds himself in Chicago once again, and we're ready to welcome him back with open arms.
