So, the White Sox have a few bullpen arms that they could trade, but it doesn't really sound like Rick Hahn is out there actively trying to make deals like he has in the previous couple seasons. As a matter of fact, the latest report about the White Sox and the trade market has to do with them possibly adding to their major league roster.
Evan Grant covers the Rangers for the Dallas Morning News and in his Wednesday column he mentioned that the White Sox were scouting left-handed hitting outfielder Nomar Mazara.

Scouts from San Diego and the Chicago White Sox, two teams that could make big steps forward next year, saw Mazara pulverize a ball into the top deck Tuesday night.
Obviously Luis Robert is poised to take over center field for the White Sox for several years to come, (hopefully starting in 2020) but the organization doesn't really have other outfielders banging down the door for a promotion to the big leagues.
In 2019, after letting go of Avisail Garcia, Daniel Palka, Ryan Cordell and Charlie Tilson have been given the chance to do anything playing right field. Veteran Jon Jay has also started 12 games in right after coming back from his injury as well. So, not a lot of depth in the corner outfield for the White Sox and that includes rookie Eloy Jimenez getting injured twice in left field.
So, it does make sense that the White Sox are looking at a cost-effective way to add another outfielder. Yet, how big of an upgrade would Mazara be?
The positives. Mazara is only 24-years-old and has two more years of arbitration before he becomes a free agent. The left-handed hitter had 20 home runs in each of his first three seasons with the Rangers and is on pace to hit 22 home runs this year. He has 14 in 91 games.
The negatives. Mazara has a career .318 OBP, with a 6% BB rate and he strikes outs 21% of the time. Into his fourth season in majors, he's struggled a lot against left-handed pitching.
Mazara has a career .746 OPS and 91 wRC+, but facing lefties he's only posted a .624 OPS and 58 wRC+. So, right now he's passable as an every day starter, but really more suitable in a platoon role.
He would be an upgrade to what the White Sox have now and hey who doesn't love potential! Mazara has plenty of it and is entering the prime years of his career.
As always, it depends on the price. That's up to you. Go ahead and make up your trade proposals.
