Nick Castellanos hit his second home run with the Cubs in the third inning of Thursday night's game against the Reds that put the Cubs ahead 2-1. That lead grew to 5-1 before Cole Hamels was hit around in the bottom of the third, when the Reds tied the game.
So, Castellanos decided it was time to give the Cubs a lead again by smashing his second home run of the night. It's his fifth career multi-HR game and first with the Cubs.
Castellanos is 3-for-3 tonight and 14-for-32 to begin his Cubs career. Out of those 14 hits, the righty has six doubles and three home runs.
